LeoVegas Welcome Offer
Here’s how it works. When you do a deposit as a brand new member, LeoVegas will match that deposit amount up to £100, plus they will give you 25 free spins. Then after your second and third deposits, they will match those two up to £100 in matching funds as well, plus 25 free spins each time. And when do that deposit for the fourth time, then it’s a whopping £100 in matching funds, plus 25 more free spins.
So that totals up to £400 in matching funds and 100 free spins. We wish all casinos would have a welcome bonus as spectacular as this one.
LeoVegas also has monthly casino offers. Check the Promotions tab on the home page to find out what they are currently offering.
But beyond that when you play their live casino you’ll get another £100 in matching funds to play with. That’s a great offer from LeoVegas casino.
To keep up with the ever-changing offers at LeoVegas add them on Facebook. Then you’ll be automatically notified whenever a new offer pops up.
Then on your first sports bet you’ll get a 100% profit boost if you win. All you have to have done is deposit at least £10 at LeoVegas casino. So place a sports bet and win double what you’d normally win.
They do have a few ongoing sports betting offers. On horse racing place your bet at the current odds. If the odds change and become higher, and then if you win, LeoVegas promises to pay out that higher amount. And that’s for every race in the UK and Ireland.
Bet on the Tigers rugby team and you’ll get some free money. Your bet with LeoVegas must be at least £20. You’ll then get 20 free spins, £5 to bet at the live casino, and one free £10 bet.
When it comes to tennis at LeoVegas if you have a losing streak the casino will refund 10 per cent of your losses each week up to £1,000.
Online Chat Request for Deposit
We contacted LeoVegas several times via live chat looking for extra matching funds. We were told “no” every single time. That’s not a bad thing. We were just checking because some casinos will give you free matching funds if you just ask for them.
LeoVegas seems against this idea. Given that fantastic welcome offer, we really can’t argue. Of course, if you want to try asking them for matching funds, go ahead. It’s not a risk. But we really don’t think you’ll get them.
Terms and Conditions
Upon receiving matching funds from LeoVegas, it is necessary to play them through 35 times, and then you can withdraw them. While some casinos do have lower playthrough rates, 35 times is the industry average. It’s much better than casinos that require 50 times or more of playthrough. The playthrough amounts on the table games are higher. Check the individual game to see how much more you’ll have to play them through. With the first four matching fund offers you cannot make your deposit via Neteller or Skrill. If you do not, then the welcome bonus will be null and void.
As for the live casino bonuses, it is the same for all of the games. You’ll have to play through 99 times before you can withdraw it. Bets on red and black in roulette will not count towards your 99 times playthrough rate. Like with the welcome bonus you cannot claim these free funds if you make your deposit through Neteller or Skrill.
When you are playing through the welcome bonus you’ll get full credit for playing the slots. With table games and video poker, you’ll only get 10% credit towards the 35 playthroughs.
For the profit boost sportsbook offer from Leon bet the maximum profit boost bet you can make is £5. Your extra winnings are limited to £105. The maximum odds you can bet on and get a profit boost is 20/1. You cannot bet both sides of the market. You have to take a stand either way.

The slot machine section of the LeoVegas Casino is where this place really shines. They have hundreds. Every type you could want to play. If you like next-generation slots with tons of features they have you covered. If you like early Vegas era three-reel fruit machines they’ve got ’em. It’s hard to imagine an online slot machine with any popularity that isn’t offered by LeoVegas casino.
LeoVegas also has tons of table games. There are an incredible 12 variations of blackjack. You have eight variations of roulette. You also have several types of poker, baccarat and punto banco. If you can think of a table game odds are it’s available at LeoVegas.
LeoVegas’s video poker is provided by NetEnt. That’s not a bad thing. NetEnt is the best video poker supplier out there. And from Deuces Wild to Jacks or Better, no matter what type of video poker you want to play they have you covered. It really is an excellent selection of video poker. You can even play 100 hands at once.
LeoVegas also has an awesome Live Casino. When you “sit down” at a Live Casino game you’ll really have an experience of being in Vegas or Monte Carlo. You can even chat with the other players and the dealer or croupier. They have everything you’d ever want, from blackjack, roulette and baccarat to three card poker and Texas Hold ‘Em. We give LeoVegas five stars for the Live Casino options available.
AML & Suspicious Activity
LeoVegas does have a problem with regulatory authorities in the UK. In 2018 they were cited for airing 41 misleading advertisements that could make people think they were getting a better deal than they actually were.
At the same time, they were cited for marketing directly to problem gamblers. These gamblers had opted to be self-excluded from gambling sites and gambling advertisements. The government alleges that LeoVegas instead of ignoring those people started sending them texts and emails offering them free bonus cash or free spins. This supposedly affected 1,894 problem gamblers. They were fined £600,000 for these actions.
Then in 2019, they were accused of accepting a £20,000 deposit from a known problem gambler. That problem gambler was identified by a customer support person at LeoVegas and their account was suspended. But then the site let him back on and accepted his money. This is a major violation and is currently being investigated. UK law is very strong in defence of problem gamblers and sites have a responsibility to keep their off their sites.
We hope the LeoVegas is more vigilant in the future.
That said there is no evidence LeoVegas is in any way involved in money laundering. And there are no accusations that their games are rigged or in any other way not fair.
The allegations are simply that they have knowingly accepted money from known problem gamblers.
This is a problem that LeoVegas should be able to address in the future. That said one would have expected them to have addressed it after getting £600,000 in fines in 2018. That it popped up again in 2019 is troubling, to say the least.
LeoVegas is a very good casino. We like their welcome offer. We love their selection of games. We just love how fun they are. That said, they really need to take a look at the type of customers they are attracting. Trying to appeal to problem gamblers is a really bad way to go. Hopefully, they can overcome this and end up on top. We are big fans of LeoVegas and would hate to see them shut down over marketing to problem gamblers.
